Your tasks as Requirements Engineer


  • Act as the go-to person for analyzing and evaluating incoming customer and product inquiries regarding feasibility and system compatibility
  • Use your expertise to identify patterns in requirements and optimize the implementation of stories
  • Work closely with the engineering team on complex cases, including code analysis and developing solutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external processes in coordination with the engineering team
  • Lead meetings to align different departments, coordinate interests, and create win-win situations
  • Conduct detailed statistical analyses to assess development processes and support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop creative solutions, integrate new features, and optimize software architectures


Your profile


  • Several years of experience in requirements engineering, statistical analysis, and/or software architecture
  • Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as PHP, Java, or C++
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite & agile methodologies like Scrum
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner
  • Confident in working with statistical tools and methods
  • Analytical mindset, independent working style, and a passion for dynamic environments
  • Excellent English skills
  • Nice-to-have: Work experience in the FinTech industry
