Manager Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for a Product Manager for a strong player in the Banking industry!

They currently manage a wide range of partnership models that address various use cases, internal strategic needs, and other specific requirements. Given the increasing complexity and growing demand in this area, we aim to rationalize and optimize the existing Partnership Framework to ensure effectiveness, scalability, and, most importantly, alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

The primary task of the Contractor’s assignment will be to develop a set of recommendations based on a comprehensive review of the current Framework, identifying gaps, and exploring opportunities for optimization.

• Product Management of different Partnerships Programmes, including lifecycle analysis

• Profitability analysis and reporting to measure success and effectiveness of Partnerships; define key metrics, identify data sources, develop dashboards ,…

• Partners onboarding and operations, including improvement initiatives

• Design frameworks for new types of partnerships, incl legal and contractual agreements, financial model, operational processes, performance metrics and monitoring, risk management governance, …
