• Work with your team to drive impactful improvements in production setups, equipment, software, and more.
• Communicate your projects effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage.

• fundamental Knowledge of Statistics and Data Analysis
• the ability to Identify and Implement Improvements
• Basic Skills in Quality, Process, and Project Management
• Competence in Business Case Calculations (Optional)
• good understanding of Production Processes
• a proactive and Creative Mindset
• strong Communication and Analytical Skills
• proficiency in English (B2 or C1 Level)
