Your Role

As a key project manager, you'll lead and structure diverse, complex projects from conception to completion, turning challenges into strategic solutions. You will design, manage, and drive projects that align with business goals, governance frameworks, and regional stakeholders. This is an opportunity to create impactful, scalable initiatives and solve complex problems at a global level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development & Solution Design: Translate complex business challenges into strategic solutions, conduct in-depth analyses, and produce decision-making documents for leadership.
• Project Structuring & Governance: Lead the creation of new projects, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks while defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify and implement improvements for global initiatives, optimizing workflows and ensuring scalability and high-quality outcomes.
• Quality Control & Monitoring: Develop frameworks to monitor project execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Reporting & Strategic Roadmaps: Create progress reports and strategic roadmaps, providing senior management with key insights and data-driven recommendations.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management and consulting, ideally within a global or multi-regional context.
• Expertise in structuring and managing projects from inception to delivery within governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create strategic solutions and reports for leadership.
• Experience in process optimization and ensuring high standards of quality in global projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, able to manage multiple projects across diverse teams and functions.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning & Development is advantageous.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages, such as German, a plus.
