Analytics Services Assistant (Sales and Customer Service) - Lithuania

Job Description:

• Maintaining incoming inquiries, ensuring quick response and data entry into CRM.
• Managing contracts and integrating pricing and testing packages into the proposal system.
• Preparing commercial proposals for clients.
• Work directly with Sales Managers/Logistics/Customer Service/Customers to resolve problem situations to ensure tasks are completed.
• Providing administrative support to the sales team.
• Supporting function in the registration department, as needed: registering samples and preparing them for shipment to a partner laboratories

Requirements:

• Good English skills (B2+)
• Work experience in the field of administration and customer service.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Ability to document information in an orderly and detailed manner.
• Knowledge of microbiology/chemistry or quality management would be considered as a strong advantage.
