About The Role

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Cyber Threat Analyst to join a leading company in the telecommunications sector. This role requires expertise in threat detection, deep and dark web analysis, and malware investigation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid model with both remote and on-site responsibilities in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detect potential data leaks and security breaches.
  • Analyze activities related to potentially criminal threats.
  • Conduct deep and dark web investigations to identify security risks.
  • Perform malware analysis and identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
  • Assess network security, focusing on DNS, IPv4, and IPv6 protocols.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (native).
  • Strong experience with threat detection and analysis.
  • Expertise in malware research and investigation.
  • Hands-on experience with deep web and dark web security monitoring.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (IPv4, IPv6, DNS).
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
