Collaboration Specialist (m/f)

Our client is an internationally recognized provider of advanced IT solutions and services, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Collaboration Specialist (m/f).

Job Location: Remote and abroad

Job Description:

• Supporting pre-sales efforts by identifying and designing collaboration solutions tailored to customers’ needs;
• Planning, maintenance, and management of Cisco on-prem collaboration solutions;
• Administration and management of the central systems of collaboration infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and availability;
• Providing technical support to customers;
• Creating project documentation;
• Implementation of projects;
• Monitoring the development of technology in one’s field;
• System support and technical advice to customers and internal teams;
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues through internal training and presentations;
• Provide services to customers abroad.

We expect:

• A degree in computer science, informatics, electrical engineering or other related fields;
• 5 years of prior experience in a similar role;
• Experience in on-prem collaboration technologies, specifically in Cisco’s collaboration suite (CUCM, CUBE, CUC etc.);
• A strong understanding of network protocols, particularly TCP/IPM and their application;
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting;
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices related to collaboration;
• Cisco certifications (CCNP Collaboration/CCIE Collaboration);
• Fluent in English;
• Willingness to work abroad, to learn;
• Adaptability, independence, reliability, precision, and perseverance.
