What You´ll Do

• Ensuring that manufacturing and production processes meet international and national standards
• Works closely with quality management to address global customer requirements including audits, standards and targets
• Executing engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
• Striving for improvements and efficiencies in production area
• Monitoring KPIs for engineering processes and responsible for reporting
• Defines quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
• Leading customer complaint reporting and monitors supplier quality complaints and issues actively
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Engineering, preferably in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
• Candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience ideally within a multinational environment
• Prefer having knowledge of detergent production and sulphonation process.
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution
• SAP Knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Locate or open to relocate to Ankara
