Job Description

• At least 7 years to 12 years of overall IT experience
• At least 4 years of Scrum Master Experience is Mandatory
• Should have technical background (Ex- Dotnet. Java Etc)
• Should be from Banking / Insurance domain only
• Mandatory Agile certifications (PSM2/SAFe RTE/ SAFe Agilist/SAFe Scrum Master)
• Should have experience working on Cloud / Devops
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team, provide suggestions and recommendations based on previous experience and industry
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
• Guiding the team on self-organization to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Well versed with Scrum frameworks.
