Are you a highly organised Project Manager with a passion for delivering top-quality customer-facing projects? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our client’s team and help businesses transform the way they work.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll oversee high-value and complex projects from the initial sales process through to service transition. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, meets key performance targets, and—most importantly—leaves customers satisfied.

From providing bid support to sales teams to ensuring seamless integration into managed services, you’ll be at the heart of delivering impactful technology solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
• Collaborating with pre-sales and sales teams to support bids and project planning.
• Ensuring smooth service transition with operational acceptance testing and system monitoring.
• Following best-practice project management methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile, and APMP.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developing expertise in cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Handling project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and change control processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in tech-driven environments.
• Strong background in delivering complex telephony or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, and APMP.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the drive to improve processes.
