ITSM Business Analyst: (ServiceNow)

• 8 + years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.

Primary Functions & Accountabilities:

• Excellent knowledge about ServiceNow Out of Box Modules, Processes and Integration technologies with other platforms.
• Familiar with ServiceNow HRSD - HR Service Delivery
• Requirement Gathering, analyzing, document and managing business and user requirements (both functional and non-functional) to effectively recommend and functionally design technology solutions that best address the requirements.
• Identify potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks (through solid knowledge of the business and user requirements).
• Identify project interdependencies and communicate requirement/scope issues and participate in driving them to resolution for inclusion in the functional specifications.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for input into application activities
• Interact with SMEs, application development, implementation support and production support staff to define functional specifications that meet users requirements and are technically appropriate
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of complex and unusual problems
• Recommend changes to established methods, suggests alternative solutions and new methods, to improve quality and increase productivity
• Communicate with the Project Managers and assists in the management of client expectations
• Provide support for creation and maintenance of project documentation as per development life cycle
• Provide input for post-implementation review document and implement corrective procedures

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (various tracks)(Optional)
