JAVA DEVELOPER

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join a team focused on building and maintaining an application supporting victims of terrorism and work-related accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refactor Java code.
• Write and execute unit and component tests.
• Collaborate with architects on solution design.
• Automate and maintain integration and E2E tests.
• Prioritize and address bugs, contribute to user acceptance testing.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Java, XML, REST, SOAP, SQL, and Spring.
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
• Agile methodology experience.
• Experience with test automation and mentoring junior developers.

Other Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of systems for compensation and pensions is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time with 2 days a week on-site in Brussels.

Languages:

• French (Native), English (Active), Dutch (Passive).
