SAP Data & Analytics Senior Manager

RED Global is currently recruiting for an SAP Data & Analytics Senior Manager for our client, a global organisation who undertaking a large complex s4/hana implementation program. They are looking to bring on board an experienced SAP Data & Analytics Senior Manager with a strong focus on data management (Data Governance, Data Migration and MDM).

Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage and mentor a team of SAP Data & Analytics professionals.
• Responsible to lead the design, development and implementation of SAP data & analytics solutions, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Services.
• Accountable to oversee the E2E project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and quality assurance.
• Main focus on data management, data governance, data migration and MDM.
• Data migration tools: SAP Data Services, SAP BODS, SAP Syniti ADM(M) and SNP Grpup CrystalBridge Migrate DataSphere.
• Data Governance tools: SAP MDG and relevant experiences across Winshuttle, informatica, SNP Grpup CrystalBridge Governance and any other local governance tool for master data.
• Provide strategic advisory services to clients on data governance, data management, and data analytics best practices.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and reports to clients and senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:

• 5-7+ years of experiences in SAP Data & Analytics with a strong focus on data management.
• 3+ years concrete experiences of Data Governance, Data Migration and MDM.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Previously managed or led an SAP data & analytics project from concept to delivery.
• Must have excellent leadership and management skills with a track record of building and developing high performance teams.
• Hands on experiences of data migration, MDM and data governance tools.
• Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
• Fluency in French or Dutch is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
