Do you thrive on solving problems that no one has cracked yet? Then you might just fit right into our team! At Milrem Robotics, we’ve got a few challenges waiting for you in our software department, where we focus on the brains behind the navigation for both manned and unmanned vehicles.


We’re looking for a SOFTWARE ENGINEER to join our Research and Development team. You’ll be part of various cutting-edge EU projects and help to push them over the finish line. Plus, we collaborate with some big players, including NATO countries, Ukraine and even the Ministry of Defense of the United Arab Emirates to build 60 autonomous vehicles!


What you'll be doing:

  • Represent Milrem Robotics in various EU research projects, ensuring our involvement in cutting-edge developments and maintaining visibility and active engagement in key EU projects.
  • Integrate Milrem vehicles with systems provided by partners worldwide, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in developing proof-of-concepts, integrating complex systems, and designing robust interfaces.
  • A proactive and independent problem-solver with strong prototyping skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Python.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, particularly for technical and cross-functional communication.
  • A higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.


Additional skills (preferred but not required):

  • Hands-on experience with robotics, including familiarity with ROS and Linux system development.
  • Experience participating in projects with diverse and large stakeholder groups.
