Scrum Master Job

Who We Are

We’re looking for a highly engaged Scrum Master for one of our projects that acts as a image repository to serve many different applications for a big client from automotive industry, providing them highly accurate pictures in high quality for the presentation of cars.

What You'll Be Doing

Support PO, Proxy-PO and Team in generating and maintaining a functional and efficient pipeline for requirements, ensuring productive Sprint and PI starts
Support in establishing a full DevOps approach and provide rationale for its benefits
Provide hands-on support and advise on resolving issues and impediments as they occur
Help the team in achieving our zero spillover and zero defect policies
Coach the team to fulfil a more complete DoD, especially in regard to documentation and test
Coach the team in problem solving and decision making to achieve continuous improvement and self-management, not just restricted to retrospectives
Supporting a positive error culture and solve conflicts as they occur with a healing approach and mindset
Establish reasonable KPIs and/or radiators for effective inspect and adapt approaches
Facilitate effective meetings within agreed timeboxes and help keeping focus on set meeting goals
Identify, control and resolve risks and opportunities
Ensure valuable – for both team and customer – scrum events
Ensure resilient team performance through tested and implemented business continuity measures and cross functional abilities within the team

What You'll Bring Along

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required
A min 3-5 years demonstrable experience in a Scrum Master role
Willingness to take responsibility for the teams value creation
Very good and proven practical experience with agile and predictive software development approaches, experience in scaled environments would be a plus
Very good English communication, written and spoken, German and/or Romanian would be a plus
Good documentation skills and the ability to communic
