We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director with a clear vision and a desire to grow and experiment together.

What You Will Do:
- Developing the studio's vision and direction to drive growth and creative excellence.
- Optimizing the workflow for 3D video production, as well as overseeing and enhancing the quality of 2D/3D animations.
- Collaborating with the sales manager and project managers to maximize value for our clients and continuously improve workflows.
- Assisting the resource manager in finding and selecting the right specialists for specific projects.
- Creating compelling pitches for incoming requests together with the graphic designer.
- Keeping up with trends and innovations in animation to ensure the studio stays ahead of the curve.
Our Ideal Candidate for the Art Director Position at Lemons Studio:
- Has experience managing a team of at least 5 people.Knows how to delegate and distribute tasks effectively, spot team members' strengths, and bring in extra resources when needed.
- Proficient in 3D and/or 2D software at a middle+/senior level. Always on the lookout for new tools, AI solutions and approaches to enhance and optimize projects.
- Confidently presents and defends concepts/ideas to clients and takes ownership of decisions made.
- Fluent in English and actively joins client calls with the team.
- Has a diverse portfolio that showcases a unique style and vision, whether through projects or on social media.
- Accurately estimates timelines and task complexity, respects the team’s time, and efficiently manages the production process.
