IT Project Manager (Data Solutions)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Data Solutions team. What You Will Do

• Projects and services delivery management.
• Leading and motivating the project teams.
• Managing and overseeing the scope of the projects.
• Ensuring the best quality delivery of projects and services.
• Handle financial aspects, including cost accounting, billing, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Project risk analysis and management.
• Major risks and issues escalating to the upper-level management.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience working as a Project manager in software development (preferably Data and/or BI solutions development).
• In-depth understanding of the software development cycle and specifics of IT project management.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies to keep projects adaptable and efficient.
• The ability to credibly challenge project teams.
• Integrity, leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivation, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving attitude.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian language (at least B2 level).
