As a member of the Luxembourg HR team, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, overseeing day-to-day operations and playing a key role in managing employee relations. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance, harmonious culture by ensuring that our employees are supported with best practices and resources.
- Talent Acquisition, Retention and Departures: Management of the full employee’s employment cycle with the firm. Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. Manage fit and proper assessment
- Organisation: Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the organizational structure, making proposals, in order to develop the organizational set-up and manage the update of organizational charts and relative processes and procedures
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication and working with the Staff Delegation
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation in Luxembourg. Coordinate with the Group HR team on various projects and initiatives
- Performance Management: Manage the performance related HR processes such as Performance Management, Salary Review, Talent Management, Training in accordance with Generali Investments processes and guidelines and manage and implementation of the company’s performance management system and support management in staff appraisals
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry and company standards
- HR Cost Management and Metrics and Reporting: Manage HR costs, with periodically reporting to Finance for monitoring and prepare reports to senior management and Italy Generali Investments Holding to guide decision-making and strategic planning
- Administration: Manage all government administrative processes and filings; as well as coordinate on behalf of the firm, government and public administration bodies
- People Management: Support in the contract management of external consultants and interim workers
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Fluency in French and English mandatory, and other European language benefit
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or other similar degree
- 5 to 7 years of experience in HR in the Financial Sector
- Extensive knowledge of the Luxembourg Labor and social legislation, basic knowledge tax treaties between Benelux countries
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and affinity with selling services to our partners
- Team player, who likes to work with various stakeholders across all levels and functions of a business.
- Curious minded and have a passion for learning
