Senior Project Management Officer (PMO)

The opportunities:

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a very dynamic team supporting companies in public sector in their operational development, with quick onward career progression while working with a broad range of clients across several industries.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support in project management process and methodologies standardization and documentation
• Support in portfolio management: alignment with strategical objectives, gathering project proposals, prioritization of projects, etc.
• Support in resource management: allocation and utilization of human resources, budgets, etc.
• Provide trainings in term of project management knowledge and/or tools
• Assistance to project managers in project planning, organization, tooling and methods
• Definition and tracking of KPIs
• Reporting and communication
• Quality assurance: preparation of templates, review of deliverables versus standards
• Change management activities
  
  

Must have:

• Have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Currently residing in Luxembourg or a neighboring country and doesnt require work permit
• You are fluent in English and French; Luxembourgish or German would be an advantage
• You have knowledge of waterfall or agile projects
• You are charismatic and have mastered the art of motivating teams and guiding change towards targeted goals
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration
• You have ideally first knowledge of the IT challenges
• You are rigorous, start-up minded, innovative and creative
• You can work in truly international team and collaborate across level
