Project Manager Internal Communications - Job based in Luxembourg

About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager – Internal Communications to drive strategic communication initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing internal communication projects to enhance engagement, alignment, and information flow. You will work closely with different teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and support organizational goals.
• Oversee content creation, messaging, and distribution across various internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, and digital signage).
• Collaborate as a transversal project manager with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. This includes analytics and reporting KPIs to measure effectiveness of campaigns where applicable.
• Ensure communication materials align with company culture, values, and business priorities.

Experience And Knowledge

• Degree in relevant discipline, preferably a Master’s degree in management, communications, marketing or journalism.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in a communications role, ideally focused on internal communications.
• Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, French is a plus.
• Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering on objectives.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align communications with business goals and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience of working cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing communications campaigns.
• Creativity & Adaptability: A passion for fresh ideas, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

You have experience building communication and marketing campaign plans and designing audience journeys across multiple touchpoints – all to enhance employer brand. You thrive on being part of a creative team and building brand value through integrated marketing plans. You know the difference between what it takes to get the job done, and when to go above and beyond. You are eager to develop deeper expertise in omnichannel campaigns. You will help build a balanced editorial calendar and be responsible for campaign management aligned to a firm-wide strategy. You easily navigate working with multiple stakeholders within a matrix organization while collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues.
