We are looking for a Project Manager – Internal Communications to drive strategic communication initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing internal communication projects to enhance engagement, alignment, and information flow. You will work closely with different teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and support organizational goals.
- Oversee content creation, messaging, and distribution across various internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, and digital signage).
- Collaborate as a transversal project manager with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. This includes analytics and reporting KPIs to measure effectiveness of campaigns where applicable.
- Ensure communication materials align with company culture, values, and business priorities.
- You are recognized for your dynamic and positive mindset and your ability to co-create with colleagues in an evolving work environment.
- Your strategic and cross-functional vision of internal communication challenges enables you to anticipate project impacts and drive their successful implementation
- With your expertise in project management, you interact easily with both executive committee members and operational teams, understanding their roles and expectations.
- You have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- You are passionate for engaging with people and building meaningful relationships across different teams.
- You are able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with internal communication tools, intranet platforms, and email marketing systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with data and analytics to measure communication effectiveness.
- Degree in relevant discipline, preferably a Master’s degree in management, communications, marketing or journalism.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in a communications role, ideally focused on internal communications.
- Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, French is a plus.
- Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering on objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align communications with business goals and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience of working cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing communications campaigns.
- Creativity & Adaptability: A passion for fresh ideas, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to manage a complex workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to details.
