enior DevOps Engineer PeopleSoftAs DevOPS Engineer within the Area Product Control and Accounting W&R, you will work with systems that are part of the Global Financial Bank, a diverse international banking environment with a General Ledger and Datawarehouse. You and your job;You are technically experienced on PeopleSoft Financials, more specifically focussed on the General Ledger. In case of any (production) issues on Peoplesoft, you are experienced in analysis of the issue and if needed in fixing it. In case of any future migration / upgrade activities in relation to PeopleSoft, you are able to take the lead in this, give technical advice and be involved in the execution.Apart from Peoplesoft, you are willing to learn and work on other technologies.Depending on the best fit, you will either work in a team that has the primary focus on DevOPS and Production Services, or in a scrum team that has a primary focus on technical enhancements of our system and processes. In both ways, you are an active member of a team working closely with other disciplines/roles. You are eager to improve and think with the team how to automate and streamline our processes. You and your talentThe Must-Haves:- PeopleSoft Financials (General Ledger) knowledge + working experience - Completed a bachelor/master degree in Information Technology or similar;- 10+ years working experience within functional and technical application support / as a Devops engineer; - Experience in DWH environment- Fluent English;- Technical skills MUST:o Oracle, SQL Unix- Competencies what are required to be successful in this role: o Excellent communicator;o Proactive;o Eager to learn and improve;o Team player;o Stress-tolerant;o Result driven; Nice-to-Haves:- Experience in a financial services environment (financial products, accounting, batch processing);- Technical: Scheduling tools, Apex, Azure; - Informatica (IDMC)The Usuals:- Knowledge and experience with Agile, DevOps and Lean;- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
