We’re looking for an AI Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, but you should be based in the Netherlands. In this role, you'll use your development skills to teach, refine, and enhance AI systems, ensuring they function effectively in real-world applications. Whether it’s improving natural language processing, computer vision, or data-driven decision-making, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping AI’s capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Work with AI models, feeding them structured data and refining outputs.
• Develop and maintain software that helps AI learn from real-world applications.
• Analyze data and optimize AI interactions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Strong background in software development, ideally with exposure to AI-related projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages; experience working with structured data and APIs.
• Mindset: Curious and eager to learn how AI systems work and how to refine their capabilities.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Location: Fully remote, but you must be based in the Netherlands.
