What You’ll Do

• Design, prototype, and develop new features and products that enhance healthcare efficiency.
• Create universal, scalable designs that work across multiple platforms.
• Identify user needs through research, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas, and refine designs based on data and feedback.
• Ensure design consistency & coherence across various platforms in collaboration with other designers.
• Work closely with engineers & product managers to deliver high-quality, polished user experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• A portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design, including wireframes, flow maps, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience designing end-to-end flows, as well as complex user stories (e.g., healthcare workflows).
• Deep understanding of user behavior, design patterns, and user-centered design principles.
• Strong visual branding skills to create cohesive product experiences.
• Expert in design tools like Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, or traditional sketching tools.

Bonus Points for

• Experience in vector-based illustrations for adaptable design systems.
• Knowledge of motion graphics & animation applied to web experiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies & project management.
• A curious, creative, and proactive mindset.
