UI Designer (Mobile - CRO)

The ideal candidate would be able to bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on. With exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and solid design instincts, who can translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions.

As UI designer at Leadtech, you'll work inside our mobile CRO team, closely with CRO manager, Marketing, other Design coworkers and Engineering.

Requirements

You're our perfect candidate if you

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Collaborate closely with CRO, Marketing, other design coworkers and engineering
• Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints into design
• Create interaction designs
• Work with UI kits and components inside Figma
• Create mobile UI designs for enhance product growth (such as refining onboardings and paywalls)
• Ensure that the design adapts to different devices, languages and screen sizes
• Present work to CRO, Product and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders
• Ability to work on different projects
• Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management
  
  
  

Your expertise in a nutshell

• At least 4 years of professional experience designing mobile apps UI design
• Strong portfolio of mobile design projects
• Bachelor's degree in design, related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Solid knowledge of Figma
• Experience maintaining and working with UI kits and design systems
• Solid knowledge of interaction design, typography, color, and page layout
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Team player with a positive attitude
