Location: Hybrid (based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania)

Internship Period: 21st July – 26th September 2025

Schedule: Full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Essential Criteria

• Proficiency in English is required, as the internship involves communication and collaboration in English
• Candidates must be based in Cluj-Napoca or able to relocate and work from Cluj-Napoca for the duration of the internship
• The hybrid setup includes at least one in-office day per week, with additional in-office time for onboarding, training, or team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

We believe great talent comes in many forms. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• Pursuing or Recently Completed a Technical Degree – Enrolled in or graduated from a program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Programming Knowledge – OOP, data structures, concurrency, and unit testing.
• Coding Skills - preferably in Java/Scala/Javascript, or readiness to master one of them.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to Learn – Willingness to explore and learn new technologies.
• You’re comfortable working in English and available full-time for the internship duration.
• Team Player - You enjoy working collaboratively in a team and are open to feedback and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll Collaborate With Seasoned Engineers, Tackling Exciting Challenges And Building Innovative Products. Here’s a Glimpse Of What You’ll Dive Into

• Build highly scalable and resilient systems using technology specific to your assigned stack (Java / Scala / React)
• Contribute to the optimization of complex applications and gain real-world experience in ensuring system performance, scalability, and security.
• Actively engage in code review sessions to ensure adherence to established coding standards, industry best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to colleagues on their code submissions, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Take ownership of your work, applying your creativity and problem-solving skills, while being supported by a mentor dedicated to your success.

• Step 2: Take the Technical Test - Complete a short technical assessment between 17th and 23rd March 2025.
