Location: Hybrid (based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania)

Internship Period: 21st July – 26th September 2025

Schedule: Full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Essential Criteria

• Proficiency in English is required, as the internship involves communication and collaboration in English
• Candidates must be based in Cluj-Napoca or able to relocate and work from Cluj-Napoca for the duration of the internship
• The hybrid setup includes at least one in-office day per week, with additional in-office time for onboarding, training, or team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

We believe great talent comes in many forms. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• Enthusiastic about DevOps, cloud computing, CI/CD and observability.
• Eager to learn and experiment with modern application architectures and infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of Linux and Networking
• Scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
  
  

Bonus Points: (not mandatory)

• Familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus (but not required).
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll Collaborate With Seasoned Engineers, Tackling Exciting Challenges And Building Innovative Products. Here’s a Glimpse Of What You’ll Dive Into

• Hands-on exposure to industry-standard DevOps and cloud tools.
• Work closely with Development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Develop skills in Kubernetes application administration and troubleshooting.
• Gain hands-on experience with observability tools and best practices.
• Work with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo to visualize and analyze system performance.

How to Apply

• Step 1: Submit Your Application Applications are open from 21st Feb - 14th March
• Step 2: Take the Technical Test Complete a short technical assessment. Tests will be sent out weekly on Fridays (28th February, 7th March, and 14th March). Each candidate will have three days to complete their test (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). The final deadline for all assessments is 17th March.
• Step 3: Meet the Team Interviews will take place between 24th Mar - 4th April.
• Step 4: Receive an Offer If you’re selected, we’ll send you an official offer to join our team!
