We are currently seeking a Senior Designer to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Responsibilities

Design and maintain website landing pages, digital banners, and other marketing materials for online and offline campaigns.
Create engaging graphics for digital ads, social media, and email marketing.
Design print materials for outdoor advertising, brochures, and event branding.
Manage and maintain our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across all assets.
Use prototyping and component-based design to enhance UX/UI workflows.
Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay up to date with design trends in fintech, investments, and trading industries.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing teams.
Strong proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, variables, design systems management).
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience designing for both digital (web, social, email) and print (outdoor, brochures, event materials).
Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
Ability to adapt to brand guidelines while bringing creative and innovative ideas.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of 3D design and motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus.
