Frontend Developer with SEO expertise

We’re looking for a developer with an expertise in SEO to help our clients team on their

journey to improve the SEO for their search and listing pages.

Please note we are only looking for a consultants based in Stockholm.

The Background

Today the search engines are indexing nearly identical pages for the different states of a listing

(for-sale, sold or deactivated/removed). This affects our SEO negatively as our crawl budget is

spent indexing very similar pages. Our plan moving forward is that we want one page for all

states of a listing. This will make the search engines re-crawl the page instead of indexing

multiple variants of the same information.

Your focus will be on the fundamentals of SEO and implementing it hands on. You need to

understand how Google renders pages (client-side vs. server-side) and how it navigates using

links. And to help us navigate difficult decisions that will affect the search engine experience for

our many users. Prior SEO experience is preferred, but the most important thing is your ability

to explain core concepts clearly and effectively.

Required Technical Skills:

• Experience and knowledge about SEO principles (such as the SEO pyramid)
• Understanding web vitals and how they affect SEO
• Senior React and TypeScript
• Have worked full time in NextJS at least 1
