At DRIFT we're looking for a Visual Design Intern to join our Future Projects team.

Are you passionate about visual aesthetics with cutting-edge design in art and technology? DRIFT is looking for a Visual Design intern with a background in spatial design or architecture to join our team in Amsterdam. The intern will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Future Projects and Exhibitions teams to design immersive installations and experiences that push the boundaries of art and technology. The team is externally driven to deliver convincing visualisations, pitch decks, and design proposals to international and high-profile clients. A Day in the Life of a Visual Design Intern

The Visual Design Team is instrumental in shaping the visual narrative of Studio Drift to clients & partners, contributing to bringing new projects to life.

• Collaborate with our energetic sales and marketing teams, crafting unique designs for immersive artworks, installations and exhibitions.
• Switch between hand sketches, quick conceptual visualisations to in-depth renders, sculpting cutting-edge proposals to close projects for clients.
• Navigate 2D and 3D realms with software like Rhino/Grasshopper, Blender, Unreal Engine, and Adobe CC or similar tools, turning your designs into visual wonders.
• Craft sales proposals that showcase some flair, enticing clients into the extraordinary world of Studio Drift.
• Get valuable insight into the art market, sales strategy and more.

As a Visual Design Intern At Studio Drift, Your Daily Rhythm Is a Fusion Of Artistic Expression And Thoughtful Design, Ensuring That Your Creations Captivate Audiences Both Within And Beyond The Realm Of Visual Aesthetics. We'd Love If You Have/are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, spatial design, game design, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a design role, with a focus on spatial design/architecture
• Background in Architecture is a strong pre
• Being able to make quick hand sketches
• Proficiency in Rhino/Grasshopper, Blender, Enscape, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects) is a strong pre
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
