Data Scientist

My Client based in Groningen have opened a vacancy for a Medior Data Scientist with Azure experience, please see the key responsibilities and requirements below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, or other Azure services.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other cloud tools.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide valuable business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Work with cloud-based storage services such as Azure Blob Storage and Azure Data Lake to manage and process large volumes of data.
• Create visualizations and dashboards using Azure Power BI to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Data Scientist, with a focus on Azure cloud services.
• Strong expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and Azure storage services like Blob Storage and Data Lake.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Azure Power BI or similar.

Salary Package:

• Up to €65,000 per annum
