Head of Technology (Frontend)

We are looking for a Head of Technology (Frontend) to join our fast-paced and self-accountable team that delivers enterprise-level products for global markets. You will work with IT consultants, delivery managers, QA teams, BE, UI/UX designers and mobile developers to deliver best-in-class digital products.

What will you do?

· Lead and mentor frontend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, continuous learning and improvement,

· Drive the technical vision of frontend projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability,

· Advocate and implement modern front-end technologies and methodologies.

· Align frontend development processes with business goals, helping accelerate product delivery,

· Proactively monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Ensure budgeting is align with company goals and efficiently utilize front end team members

· Support team members' career growth, helping them define their professional paths and providing guidance on skill development,

· Enhance efficiency in product development and delivery, identifying workflow optimizations and process improvements utilizing cutting edge technology solutions,

· Act as a bridge between technology and business teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and strategic alignment.

· Encourage knowledge sharing within and across teams through tech talks, documentation, and best practices.

· Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software (When necessary).

What we are looking for?

· Strong Expertise in JavaScript || TypeScript,

· Strong Expertise in React.js, Vue.js, and Angular

· Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and Front end Architectures,

· Adherence to Clean Code principles and software craftsmanship,

· Experience in managing KPIs and budgets.

· Strong communication skills to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience working in remote and agile development environments,

· Proven experience in leading and mentoring frontend development teams of at least 20+ people, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards,

· Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery,

· Acting as a career coach and mentor to support the professional growth of team members by helping them define their career paths and technical skill development,

· Proficiency in English is a must.

Knowledge of these will be a bonus!

· Full Stack Development / Leading Full Stack Teams

· Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards.

· Test Driven Development (TDD) and test automation practices

· CI-CD Practices and Tools
