Some Of Your Responsibilities

Analyze competitors and industry trends to shape creative strategies.
Conduct in-depth research on user motivations and use cases to enhance the team's understanding.
Actively participate in the creative production process for assigned apps, manage workflows, and ensure the team’s technical needs are met.
Support team development by managing training and mentorship programs.
Train, guide, and track the performance of the Marketing Artists to ensure they meet their goals.
Collaborate with the Creative Excellence and Performance teams to enhance creative quality.
Optimize operational processes, create playbooks and guideline documents.
Develop high-performing creatives for A/B testing with a strong success rate.
Produce engaging and performance-driven marketing videos.

What We Look For

5+ years of experience in motion graphic design or a related field, preferably in the non-gaming app or gaming industry.
Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects and proficiency in tools such as Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create platform-native creatives.
Knowledge of Figma and experience in team management.
Strong grasp of target audiences and use case concepts.
Ability to multitask and work across different app genres simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance team productivity and workflows.
A proactive approach to tracking industry trends and integrating them into projects.
Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to develop motivation-based creative concepts and improve workflows.
Ability to consistently produce high-performing creatives and improve creative processes within the team.
