Key Responsibilities

Senior SPC. Visual Merchandising Execution WHOLESALE

  • Manage a team of Visual Merchandisers within the stores to execute the Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines in categories accordingly to the VM calendar and in alignment with the Manager WHOLESALE&VM Activation.
  • Ensure development of best practice processes, standards and operational plans to support implementation of VM standards and guidelines across WHOLESALE accounts, focusing on business outcomes to improve performance and ensure operational success.
  • Work with WHS sales team and VM planning team and manage opening processes. Control VM fixture orders and take action to implement best practices.
  • WHS Elevation: ensure VM trainings for store teams,
  • Attend regular calls, communicate, inform and negotiate with all key stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Regional Manager, Store Manager) regarding all VM matters. Taking into account commerciality and key product launches and ensuring consistency and a leading brand experience for all customers.
  • Identify and communicate store needs and best practices to the Manager VM Activation.
  • Ensure the full store team is trained on the VM standards and VM guidelines.
  • Stay up to date on competitor analysis and current and upcoming fashion trends based on stores' geographic locations.
  • Ensure that all VM and Marketing instructions of the Türkiye Visual Excellence team are followed.
  • Follow up sales with Visual Excellence and share with the manager
  • Build a strong internal network with back-office teams to enable creating a speed boat way of working.

Team Management

  • Manage, lead and take ownership for the Visual Merchandising team within the stores, ensuring they all have the knowledge and practical skills required.
  • Promote a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and individual goals to focus the team/organization on key drivers that impact success.
  • Evaluate the competencies of team members on a regular basis and provide prompt and constructive feedback - assume a coaching role to support and inspire team members.
  • Takes ownership for a consistent Talent Management Process in respective region to grow talent for leadership positions in organization and across functional, regional and brand borders.
  • Consistently perform Touch Bases, 90 Day Plans and Performance Standards based on the local requirements of #MyBest.

Merchandising Display

  • Drive layout decisions – bubble and micro plans and implement as agreed.
  • Ensure store complies with Türkiye VM standards and guidelines to provide an excellent brand shopping experience to all consumers.
  • Ensure all windows are presented to a high standard including mannequins dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication.
  • Flawless execution on campaign activities aligned with Marketing Activation department.
  • Responsible for ordering and ensuring correct use and positioning of in-store communication tools.
  • Know and use internal tools for daily efficiency (SPACE MANAGEMENT, VM TOOL, DAB, MYBEST, ARIBA)

Equipment control

  • Return and correctly store unused equipment incl. fixtures, mannequins, props & graphic frames
  • Order and manage fixtures with care to avoid damages.

Store Connection

  • Build a strong internal network with back-office teams to enable creating a speed boat way of working.
  • Constant connection with Store Management/Team, as well as knowledge of store business and KPIs/ Team Huddles attendance
  • Ensure store staff are trained, educated and informed about VM brand retail standards
  • Actively participate on shopfloor and consumer-facing activities, ideally one peak day/month (e.g. Saturday) and during strong commercial periods/moments.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Passion for the brand and enthusiasm/energy for visual merchandising
  • Management proficiency and proven experience of leading a team
  • Creative and innovative
  • Strong collaborator with both internal and external parties
  • Ability to work closely as part of a small team but also using own initiative
  • Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,)
  • Fluency in English
  • Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good commercial skills and retail business knowledge
  • Geographical mobility across the cluster

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years dedicated VM experience
  • 3 years dedicated people management experience
