Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations in Poland. This role involves employee relations, compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies in line with Polish labor laws.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and workplace safety standards.

• Drive engagement, learning, and development initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.

• 5+ years of HR experience in Poland.

• Strong knowledge of Polish labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
