Experienced Unity Developer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Unity Developer to transform innovative game concepts into engaging, high-quality experiences within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves working across multiple aspects of the game's development lifecycle, from initial concept to final product, including programming, design, production, audio, and visual arts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for game development, strong technical skills, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and develop new games while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.

Implement robust and efficient TypeScript-based solutions for server-side integration, RESTful API consumption, and WebSocket connections to enable seamless multiplayer or real-time gameplay features.

Collaborate on the design and development of game mechanics, ensuring engaging and intuitive user experiences.

Animate characters and objects programmatically to bring assets to life in gameplay.

Contribute to game design and audio features to create immersive experiences.

Produce prototypes of gameplay ideas and features to test concepts and iterate quickly.

Participate in defining project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Optimize game performance and evaluate code for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues, ensuring "future-proof" and high-quality products.

Work collaboratively with QA to test and debug features, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to standards.

Requirements

Experience and Education

Proven experience with Unity game development technologies and Unity 3D expertise.

Proficiency in C# and its integration with Unity.

Experience developing and implementing animations for games and applications.

Hands-on experience with TypeScript for backend integration, specifically RESTful APIs and WebSocket server connections.

Strong understanding of game mechanics design and their implementation in Unity.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Proven ability to "polish" games, fine-tuning every aspect for the best player experience.
