Fixed IT Solutions Expert

What You’ll Do

The main responsibility of the role is responsible for designing, analyzing and leading the implementation of a solution and handshake solutions with stakeholders about all requirements for the assigned projects within Fixed IT Solutions, and the system architecture for a particular platform / business capability / user journey, according to the overall technical vision and target architecture.

• Analyze technology/business environment & requirements for the assigned projects
• Refine and review business requirements, influencing them to ensure the most effective use of IT resources during scoping, defining and designing end-to-end solutions
• Leads and contributes solutions creation and handshake solutions with stakeholders
• Provide cost/effort estimates to solution
• Preparing scoping&technical solution design documents by following the detailed procedures
• Asseses the feasibility and risks of projects
• Support user acceptance testing
• Contribute to the coordination of third parties, such as vendors, outsourced partners, or parent companies, to ensure the delivery of solutions across domains and technologies remains aligned
• Solution Designer or Scrum Master of an Agile team, and responsible for vendor employees especially for development and test
• Plan and co-ordinate the activities of the design phase, managing priorities and time schedule
• Coordinate other vodafone units and vendors to design the solutions in line with the customer expectation
• Ensure that the solution designed adhere to the customer requirements and provide input to Profit and Loss, negotiating cost and the activity planning with the third parties
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree from Computer Engineering or similar discipline
• Good command of English
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good presentation, relationship and communication skills
• Strong understanding of software development process
• Good understanding of the Fixed Broad Band Services and Products
• Strong understanding of software development process
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Agile / Scrum understanding
• Java or similar modern programming languages
• Web Service, REST, APIs
• Devops skills
• Micro services and cloud native applications
• Know-how and experience of operating systems, database and network components
