What You Really Will Be Doing

🔐 Overseeing Aize’s cloud security, ensuring our Azure environment is protected and resilient.

🚀 Shaping how cloud security is done at Aize, define best practices and influence infrastructure decisions.

⚠️ Building a strong cloud security monitoring and incident response system, so we detect threats early and handle incidents efficiently.

🛡 Guiding developers on secure architecture, making sure security is embedded in our cloud and Kubernetes environments.

📊 Strengthening compliance and risk management, supporting our ISO 27001 certification and NIS2 requirements.

How You Will Be Doing This

• Assess and improve Aize’s Azure security posture, closing security gaps.
• Configure and optimize Azure Security tools, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Defender for better threat detection.
• Implement critical security controls, including firewall rules, NSGs, and identity & access management.
• Set up proactive monitoring and alerting, ensuring no security threat goes unnoticed.
• Secure our Kubernetes environment, managing RBAC, pod security policies, and network policies.
• Automate security processes using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, and Terraform.
  
  

Team

You’ll join our Security Team and collaborate across Aize, especially with CloudOps, platform teams, and developers. Right now, our security team is small, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how cloud security is handled moving forward.

Who We Think You Are

• A proactive and flexible person who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and adapts to whatever comes your way.
• A Cloud Security enthusiast who has worked with cloud environments (ideally Azure, but AWS/GCP works too). You’re comfortable with Azure Security Center and Defender and understand firewalls, NSGs, and access control.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, including RBAC, container security, and network policies.
• Comfortable using Terraform, PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI.
• Someone who likes collaborating cross functionally and across teams.
  
  

💡 Bonus points if you’ve worked with Azure Sentinel, security monitoring, or compliance frameworks.
