The hired individual will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights that support data-driven business decisions. This role includes developing and automating daily, weekly, and monthly reports using R to ensure efficient and accurate data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management
• Gather, clean, and organize data from diverse sources. Develop a well-structured, layered database that consolidates all potential data sources into a single repository, enabling easy access and extraction for team-specific requirements. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all datasets.
• Reporting & Visualization
• Design and implement automated tools to generate periodic reports and actionable insights across multiple markets.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Tools & Technology Utilization
• Leverage advanced analytics tools such as R and SQL for data processing and analysis. Basic understanding of Power BI is a plus for creating visualizations and insights.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Background & Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Experience with large Data Sets: hands-on experience of managing and analyzing large datasets, with a strong understanding of both descriptive and prescriptive data mining techniques.
• Database Expertise: Proficient in designing, building, and managing large-scale databases using SQL, with additional experience in cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Programming Proficiency: Advanced coding skills in SQL, Python, and R, enabling efficient data analysis, automation, and model development. Working knowledge of Power BI- good to have. Working knowledge of statistical methods and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex data effectively.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights in a clear and impactful manner.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Eager to learn new skills and thrive in fast-paced environments while meeting strict timelines effectively.
