Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

The candidate should have an overall Business consulting experience of at least 10-12 years in the capacity of a business analyst or consultant in an IT company with focus on airline cargo, Port cargo or similar Domain Experience: Should have good understanding of the freight movement domain. Knowledge of other related areas like customs, regulatory needs would be an advantage

Functional Skills: Requirement elicitation, requirements documenting, creating product backlog, roadmap.

Problem Solving, Solution functional architecting, Solution Blueprinting

Technical Skills: Good understanding of industry applications and systems. High level understanding and knowledge of hyper scalers like cloud service providers and ServiceNow would be an added advantage. Appreciation of delivery methodologies like Agile and DevSecOps Engagement

Candidate should have played the role of Functional Lead for the executed engagements. At an engagement level, the candidate should be highly proficient in the following:

a. Requirements elicitations, product back log creation, Roadmap scoping

b. Stakeholder Mgmt. (both internal and external)

c. Communication (high proficiency in English language # both written and oral)
