Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Web3

Location: Dubai

Salary: 25-28K AED + Commission

Our client is seeking Senior Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of Web3, strong institutional relationships, and experience working with companies that require VARA licensing (such as exchanges, custodians, dealer-brokers, and investment management firms).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to engage institutional players and Web3 companies both locally and internationally.

- Identify and build relationships with companies that hold or require a VARA license, including exchanges, custodians, dealer-brokers, and investment management firms.

- Establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystem,

ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

- Drive revenue growth by securing strategic deals, onboarding new clients, and expanding market reach.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for partners.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to

strengthen brand presence.

- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the regulatory landscape, compliance requirements, and industry trends in Web3.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or digital assets, with a strong track record in

business development and partnerships.

- Extensive network within the Web3 space, including key players in exchanges, institutional

investors, asset managers, and regulatory bodies.

- Proven ability to engage with institutional clients and navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

- Strong understanding of VARA licensing and regulatory considerations for companies operating in the Web3 sector
