Principal Function

JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights that will enhance operational efficiency and improve overall business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Insights: - Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decisions.-
• Conduct post-mortem reviews for various products to analyze performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights
• Design, implement and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor business performance
• Storytelling:
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to guide decisions
• Automation and Process Optimization:
• Build and implement automated reports and dashboards using Cognos, Tableau to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, implement controls, and maintain data integrity across systems
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with teams across departments (Sales, Marketing, CVM) to identify analytics needs and provide solutions
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and data consistency
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and accessibility.
• Disrupt traditional processes to drive innovation and change.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field
• 8+ years experience in analytics & insights section handling in depth analysis within Telecommunications industry
