Power BI and Data Analyst (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI and a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing real estate data, generating insightful reports, and visualizing trends to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze real estate data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key real estate metrics such as property sales, market trends, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across different platforms.
• Identify patterns, correlations, and market trends using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Generate ad-hoc and periodic reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Work with databases, SQL, and ETL tools to optimize data processing and automation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis within the real estate sector.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, data modeling, and DAX functions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems and real estate management software.
• Knowledge of GIS tools and spatial data analysis.
• Understanding of financial modeling and real estate investment analytics.
