Job description

An experienced consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Newgen Records Management system.

Mandatory skills*

Solid understanding of ECM Products like Newgen OmniDocs, Records Management System, OpenText and similar products.

Design end-to-end solutions for the implementation of the Newgen Records Management product, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.

Define integration strategies with existing systems, including ERP, CRM, and document management platforms

Lead technical discussions and decisions across project teams and stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and other technical staff.

Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including diagrams, documentation, and standards.
