Technical Product Owner and Scrum Master

This is W2 Position, need only W2 candidates.

• Scrum board ownership in partnership with Scrum Master and Product Owner.
• Creating cards when needed.
• Ensuring cards are followed through to completion.
• Representing the team and their work in cross-team ceremonies.
• Vetting work items to ensure robust business Acceptance Criteria.
• Vetting work items to ensure robust technical Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensuring adherence to Definition of Done; maturing this definition as well.
• Partnering with up and downstream teams to ensure all required needs are met, robust test plans are in place, and no assumptions are left unvetted.
• Tight partnership with UX / UI team to ensure user-centric design.
• Tight partnership with Domain Architect to support technical roadmap.

Qualifications:

• At least 8+ years in a role that supports the responsibilities listed.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to bring clarity out of confusion.
• Self-starting and eager / curious about how to make the team as strong as they can be.
• Highly analytical with ability to dig in on cards and topics; expected to “get hands dirty” and help with testing and validation.
• Highly preferable: ability to pull data from various sources to self-serve analysis needs (skilled in SQL, comfortable parsing JSON, etc.).
