About:

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, maintaining, and testing high-quality software solutions aligned with our product roadmap. You will work closely with the Engineering Team, contribute to technical discussions, conduct design reviews, and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and components using industry best practices and internal guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant solutions by applying modern technical and process best practices.
• Analyze and enhance existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Develop and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
• Estimate development efforts for work items and contribute to planning discussions.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a senior engineering role
• Extensive experience with .NET Core and related development frameworks.
• Strong experience in building cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as MS SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members in best practices and problem-solving approaches.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in modernizing legacy applications.
• Experience developing products for public sector clients.
