We are looking for aProduct Operations Managertojoin our team.

Job Description

• Establishing communication between various departments (product, development, marketing, payments, customer support) to ensure a seamless product development and launch process;
• Defining and implementing best practices for product management to improve development, testing, and release efficiency;
• Overseeing all product lifecycle stages, including planning, development, launch, feedback analysis, and updates;
• Tracking key product success metrics (KPIs), analyzing user feedback, and assessing internal processes to identify potential issues or areas for improvement;
• Identifying operational inefficiencies related to the product and driving initiatives to enhance effectiveness and eliminate obstacles;
• Monitoring and optimizing key product performance indicators (ARPU, ATPU, AvgDep, Reg2FTD, etc.).
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in product management;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data monitoring tools, forecast trends, and make informed decisions;
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments (development, marketing, customer support, etc.);
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication;
• Strong skills in analyzing and optimizing internal processes to enhance team efficiency and product performance;
• Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high-impact results;
• Languages:Ukrainian native, English B1.
