Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements;
  • Represent and advocate product vision within the team of designers, artists, and programmers, facilitate product processes;
  • Oversee the game development process, including concept development, design, programming, and testing. Ensure the project stays on track with timelines and budget constraints;
  • Maintain the game's quality by setting high standards and conducting regular reviews. Ensure that the game meets or exceeds industry standards;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including publishers and marketing teams, to align project goals and strategies;
  • Oversee the project budget, including resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting;
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression;
  • Incorporate player feedback and analytics to enhance gameplay and user experience;
  • Plan and manage post-launch activities, including patches, updates, and additional content.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in game production;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing medium-scale game projects;
  • Deep understanding of the game development cycle;
  • Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development;
  • Able to drive various functions through the whole development process;
  • Good organizational skills and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines;
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for video games;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficient in project management software and tools;
  • English level at least Upper-Intermediate.
