We are seeking a Business Performance Analystto become a part of our team.

Job Description

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational “bottlenecks”.
• Develop revenue forecasts, set & track OKRs & KPIs, and evaluate long-term trends.
• Monitor business performance, ensuring alignment with targets, and track incidents impacting performance.
• Analyze marketing investments, conversion funnels, and CRM campaigns.
• Support and execute strategic projects (e.g., expansion) with data-driven insights and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business/performance/investments/product or data analytics, focusing on business performance and strategy.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge and experience using Tableau or similar analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• English proficiency is a plus, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
