Job description:

Monitoring and Triage

Monitor ISP link unreachability

Daily monitor link utilization, CPU utilization, Memory utilization, device physical status

Troubleshoot any network security related issue

Configure applications to send activity alerts

Set up calendar invite for planned maintenance

Configuration and Maintenance

Perform device/data centre installation and configuration activities for Secure Network Services

Add/modify/change/delete contact centre scripts details where required by the Customer

Certificate Renewal of Network Security Devices

RJWM Secure Network Device firmware/software upgrades

Proactive Performance Monitoring and Availaibility

Conduct Device/Server Performance Management

High Availability testing of LAN/WAN Secure Network infrastructure

Perform device/server backups and recovery activities

Carry out a quarterly Firewall rule base audit on all Firewalls

Backup configuration of all the Security Devices

Problem and Incident Management

Perform incident, problem and change management

RMA of faulty device

Troubleshoot any Network Security related issue

Procedures and Dcoumentation

Documentation and Periodic Reporting

• Perform RJWM monthly asset review for EoL, Vulneribility and patch managment
