BioTalent has teamed up with a global pharmaceutical leader who focus on developing innovative treatments for serious diseases, on their search for a Human Resources Generalist.
In this position you will play a key role in supporting employees and managers, acting as a generalist to resolve HR issues while specialising in administering and managing high-impact employee programs.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide general HR support, answering employee questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally through the HR ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team to maintain a seamless employee experience, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- Manage and administer employee programs like DEIB and Immigration, ensuring these initiatives run smoothly and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
- Act as a champion for employee advocacy, using feedback and insights to improve HR programs and support a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to HR transformation projects, promoting continuous improvement and the effective rollout of HR initiatives.
You will bring the following:
- Prior experience in HR operations or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with DEIB principles and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); Workday experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle high volume of HR queries across different regions.
